Vandaar dat wij bij iedere bestelling, zelf de verzendkosten op ons nemen. De door ons gekozen leverancier is afhankelijk van de bestemming van de verzending. PostNL of DHL voor Nederland en Bpost voor België. Alle bestellingen worden verzonden vanuit Rotterdam, Zuid-Holland.
Alle verzendmethoden die wij hanteren passen in uw brievenbus, hierdoor hoeft u niet thuis te zijn om de bestelling in ontvangst te nemen!
U ontvangt een e-mail van ons met daarin actuele updates over uw bestelling.

Possible Delays
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email and from your “My Account”. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly.
Duties & Taxes
Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout according to your shipping destination and itemised on the order summary page. We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will paid at the time of purchase. Note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Pre – Order
Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.
For orders that contain an in-stock item/s your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item/s straight away. No additional postage charged will be incurred in these circumstances.
